What is in a pack
A pack carries company information published by Companies House: the company number, name, incorporation date, type, status, SIC codes and descriptions, the postcode district and locality of the registered office, the county we assign from that postcode district, and the Companies House link.
A pack never carries a director name, a full registered office address, a postcode, an email address or a phone number. A one-person company usually registers at the director’s home, so the file stops at postcode district by design.
What we hold about you
If you buy a pack we hold your email address, what you bought, when, and whether the file was downloaded. The payment itself is handled by Stripe through NanoCorp; we never see or store your card details.
Your address is used to send the download link, to send it again when you ask, and to send one reminder 25 days later. It is not used for anything else, and it is never sold or passed on.
How long
60 days after a purchase, the pack and every record of it are deleted, including your email address. Payment records are kept by Stripe and by NanoCorp for as long as the law requires.
If we emailed you first
We write to businesses, at a business address, about a product for businesses: under UK law that is direct marketing to a corporate subscriber. We do not cold-email sole traders, partnerships or personal mailboxes, and we do not buy or scrape personal addresses.
Every one of those emails carries a link that removes the address in one click, with nothing to confirm and no account to log into. The removal is permanent: the address goes on a suppression list that is checked before every send, so a later list cannot put it back. You can also type the address here and it is removed the same way. A sequence is at most three emails and stops as soon as you reply.
We hold the business address, the company name and number it came from, which of those emails were sent and when. Nothing is passed on to anyone.

A company in a pack
Every row comes from the public register. To correct a record, correct it at Companies House and the next run follows. To ask us to leave a company out of future packs, email us with the company number.
